I am Pat Vance, state Senator for the 31st District in Pennsylvania. The 31st District includes all of Cumberland County and Carroll, Fairview, Franklin, Monaghan, Warrington and Washington townships and Dillsburg, Franklintown and Wellsville boroughs in York County.

My top priority has been to be a knowledgeable and conscientious voice for the people of the 31st District. My office has a proven capacity to understand the concerns of our area and enact legislation to improve lives. It is important to preserve and improve the quality of life we presently enjoy.
